Our team has kicked off its season with an encouraging start They narrowly lost 1-0 to Little
Oakley (only contained by outstanding goalkeeping by Little Oakley), drew 0-0 with Eastwood Falcons and drew 1-1 with Leyton Orient (conceding a last-minute goal)
Thank you to Lee Sterland for his excellent leadership getting the team off and walking
Also, a big thank you to some of the over 60’ and 65’ for offering a bit of support to get things off the ground. I have no doubts that the over 50’ will go from strength to strength !!
