As you know we have raised nearly £20k for Prostate Cancer UK. This money goes towards research and campaigning for improvements in the availability of testing. The reality is that testing is still the single most important step that you can take.
As our ‘Bandy Boys’ will tell you , early diagnosis is the best way of ensuring a successful outcome. On this note I am pleased to share that the men’ health charity CHAPS are running a series of testing opportunities across Essex.

You can then click on ‘book an event’ , put in your post code and see a number of venues and dates for testing. The venues are listed by closeness to your postcode , there are many opportunities in October and November.
If you are prepared to travel a little you can get tested sooner rather than later.
