This has been the inaugural season for the EWFL over 70s league and our own over70s league team
Ten teams have battled out 18 games each , with Little Oakley worthy winners on 44pts
Our Chelmsford City team finished a credible 6th on 23points.
Thank you to Tony Escott and Ray Ray Rouse for managing the team this season and to everyone who has played for the league team
The last day of matches at Billericay Town ground ended with two loses and one draw. Once again the effort from the players was excellent and some passages of play were good to watch
We now look forward to the EWFL o70’ cup competition on the 17th of October
