90 Chelmsford City members and their families and friends turned out for our annual club quiz night. 15 teams battled out a fantastic 10-round quiz run by Spencer and Vince with great support from Claire and Tina.

In an extremely close contest, the 2026 winners with 94 points are Alan Davies and Simon Rawlinson’ team ‘Saka White Rice’. They generously donated their prize money back to the Prostate Cancer UK appeal.
The runners up on 88 points was Terry Turner’ team, ‘We thought it was Karaoke’ , they also generously donated their prize money back to the Prostate Cancer UK appeal.
The best named team went to Malcolm Cresswell and team ,‘Trivia Newton John’!
Of course, the big winner on the night was Prostate Cancer UK – we raised another £1130, bringing our total over the last 4 years to £17,500. Thank you to everyone who supported the night and donated raffle prizes, you are what this club is all about.
As we say ….. walking football is more than kicking a ball.
