We are starting a new training session 8 – 9 pm on Thursday evenings at Chelmsford County High School for Girls Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1RW. The first session is on Thursday 13th October. The new session is aimed at new players and we want to develop relationships with our local vets’ clubs so that we are to be able to offer the chance to try walking football at one of our training sessions.
We already have several players at our club who have successfully made the transition from vets to walking football and who I know, thoroughly enjoy this form of the game
We train twice a week during the day on Tues and Thurs but have just put in place an 8-9pm evening session to help attract more players in their 50’s. There is also an opportunity to play in the 2023 Essex Walking Football League
